Raising Maine

My name is Val, I'm 47, divorced mother of 3 with 2 older children and one still at home, who happens to be a teen. I hope to communicate, learn, be enlightened, be educated and share my story, concerns, hopes, dreams, worries and fears with other moms. Perhaps it will give me more insight in my situation and be the best I can be.

I work in advertising for a newspaper, (none of blethans). I have a domestic partner (of the opposite sex). I have an elderly mother, I'm of french/canadian descent originally from Lewiston.
