Once submitted, all entries become property of RaisingMaine.com and cannot be returned. All entries are subject to verification and may be rejected for any reason. RaisingMaine.com is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of entries. Participation in this contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. Contestants must be a registered user of RaisingMaine.com. Contest begins June 22, 2009 and ends July 15, 2009, at noon. Only a comment posted on THIS THREAD will be eligible to win. Email addresses (the one used to register as a member of this site) must be valid in order to be contacted as a potential winner. If the primary winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be chosen. RaisingMaine.com will award one family 4-pack (includes 4 combo tickets) that are DATE SPECIFIC for Sunday, July 19, 2009 to Funtown/Splashtown. Only ONE family 4-pack per winner will be awarded (no additional tickets are available) and no date substitutions can be made. Winners will be selected randomly by contest officials at RaisingMaine.com. Winners must be willing to pick up this prize at the Raising Maine offices in Portland within 2 days of notification of this prize (by Friday, July 17 at 4:30 p.m.). The prize winners are responsible for compliance with all conditions that may be set by the sponsors. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, substitution of prizes is prohibited and all prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for local and state taxes, fees and similar payments if applicable. RaisingMaine.com reserves the right to use the winners names, town residence, photos and entry materials for contest promotion without consideration. Employees of MaineToday Media, Inc., their agencies or representatives, their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to enter. RaisingMaine.com shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, delays, or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, employee strikes, epidemics, war, riots, earthquakes, flood, fire, sabotage or any other circumstances of like character. Decisions made by contest officials are final. Winners will be notified by e-mail. All will be notified the day they are selected as the winner. There will be no other notification. Winners will have 24 hours to respond. If a winner does not respond, and alternate will be chosen. Privacy Policy
