Participation in this contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. Contest begins December 30, 2008 and ends February 15, 2009. Email addresses must be valid in order to be contacted as a potential winner (the email you used to register on the site). If the primary winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be chosen. Winners will be selected randomly by contest officials at RaisingMaine.com. RaisingMaine.com will award a family 4-pack of mountain passes (2 adult, 2 child) per winner to Shawnee Peak OR Sunday River (the 4-pack is to ONE mountain only). Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, substitution of prizes is prohibited and all prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for local and state taxes, fees and similar payments if applicable. The prize winners are responsible for compliance with all conditions that may be set by the sponsors. RaisingMaine.com reserves the right to use the winners names, town residence, photos and entry materials for contest promotion without consideration. Employees of MaineToday Media, Inc. and the Cumberland County Civic Center, their agencies or representatives, their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to enter. RaisingMaine.com shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, delays, or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, employee strikes, epidemics, war, riots, earthquakes, flood, fire, sabotage or any other circumstances of like character.
