My 7 year old is fed up with being left out of the blogging scene and is also tired of all of the attention her older brother is getting for this diet change thing, so she want so weigh in. Here is her first foray into the bloggin world.
OK, my mom makes me eat natural foods and sometimes I don’t like it. Sometimes I sneak the artificial stuff, but, when I eat the junk, it tastes sooo good, but then it isn’t worth it, because I get belly aches and grouchy. I have some good ideas for kids if they want to eat “healthy junk food”. Frozen bananas are really sweet and are great blended with other fruits and some natural chocolate. I love smothering natural almond butter (with no hydrogenated oils) on an apple with chopped up chocolate chips. OK, that's all for now.
Here's a picture of me covered in snow. Not looking forward to the snow again. I want summer to last forever.

Great picture! Excellent nutrition advice. Since I am allergic to bananas, apples, & almonds I will eat some chocolate chips but I will choose dark chocolate for extra antioxidants and dream of fruit salad. :P

This is great! I just let my 9 year start her own blog, in part to keep family from "away" updated on who she is and in part to help her learn to express herself. It's been a great experience!
