Laurie Marcello lives in Scarborough with her daughter and lifelong Mainer hubby saying "This is home."

A Boston College Graduate, Laurie is a work-from-home mom, Laurie penned a popular satire column for Community Newspaper Group in Boston, Life As I See It for six years while simultaneously working in radio broadcasting. "I lead a double life, doing both writing and selling."

When not making art projects or creations with her little one, Laurie continues to freelance write, and works from home for Citadel Broadcasting developing accounts and managing events and other non traditional special projects for the four stations, WBLM, WCYY, WHOM and WCYY's client base.

Admittedly a shopaholic, Laurie enjoys finding a bargain, "That is, anything I love I buy, and I have no buyer's remorse."
