About amyrwilson
As a proud Mainer (my son is tenth generation) we only half joke that my son was born six weeks early because it was his last chance to be born in Maine. My father's first comment to me after our emergency birth was, "Well, probably better he was born here anyway." (We were living in NH at the time). We are blessed to be surrounded by family and tradition, both of which are very important to me.
I am a NICU mom and do my best to be a support for other mothers. I am the author of Transformational Mothering-A Prayerful Companion for New Mothers, and the creator of a CD of prayers and lullabies for mothers and babies entitled The Divine Hours of Motherhood. I see motherhood as a transformational journey and spiritual practice.
Storytelling and singing as a way of illuminating the spirit is my passion. You will find me calling on angels, telling tall tales, singing songs and perfecting the art of store dancing. You can learn more about me at amyrobbinswilson.com or transformationalmothering.com
I am happy to be a part of this community of mothers and look forward to learning from all of you!
