Girl Talk says,
Oh yeah... how about making linguini with a lemon cream sauce, salmon & dill or maybe capers?? Or grab a jar of Alfredo add your salmon and some peas and serve over pasta?? Enjoy :-)

I had a salmon roll up at Jacquelines tea house that was incredible. She took sliced salmon, cukes and rolled it in a wrap that had been spread with cream chees and dill (i think) also had romaine lettuce in it. Yummy!

These all look great - well, not Julie's ;-) We ended up doing some of it sandwich style for lunch today minus the cream cheese (would have if I had it!) Mixing with pasta sounds good too, maybe we'll do that tonight with the rest! Hubby is not game for the same thing at lunch and dinner, but the gals and I are if its yummy :-)

My Grandmother used to make Salmon Loaf - and I think she and I were the only ones who actually liked it - but it was her "thing". Like a meatloaf but without the tomato product!!!! And you can make almost any kind of sauce - (a lemon dill or cream are my favs) to go over it - it will HIDE the dryness!!!!
