If all else is equal, I would say a woman... as I've gotten older and through my own experiences, I've found that I prefer female bosses and female doctors (I've had both)... what's your preference?

You know...I've ran across both good and not-so-good amongst both genders...for me, it's probably more of a "connection" than a preference for gender. :)
